在 20 年前已开始了这项业务。我们就一直在向早市和夜市批发销售手工食品。 粽子、曲奇、新年年饼、本土美食——种类繁多的正宗当地美食,深受我们社区的喜爱。

如今我们想将这传统文化传承下去。并且创新不同的来融入新时代的我们!

除此,我们还有许多本土美食,马来西亚 季节饼干售卖,  且招批发 , 代理 , 一件代发。

Started this business 20 years ago. We have been selling artisanal food wholesale to morning and night markets. Dumplings, cookies, New Year's Cookies , signature frozen food - a wide variety of authentic local delicacies loved by our community.


Now we want to pass on this traditional culture. And innovate differently to integrate into us in the new era!

In addition, we also have many local delicacies, seasonal biscuits for sale in Malaysia, and recruit wholesale, agent, dropshipping.

“一颗粽子要经过十余道工序,
都是纯手工,其实是很费时费力的。”

每一片粽叶得使用黄山的伏叶,刷洗浸泡等繁复工序。两片粽叶折成漏斗形,放入好的米,放入馅料后再盖上一点米,然后开始包,左右手配合使劲,捏成三角形,再缠上九道棉线固定。

 

我们不腌制新鲜的猪肉和蘑菇,我们将它们炸和炖直1个小时到美味!从粽叶的挑选到食材原料, 烹饪,火候的控制等十余道工序,一次次炊蒸拌炒焞煮的动作,完美呈现最佳比例调配,传承大姐的美味技艺。

 

除了美味,健康也是我们一向的坚持。我们花了好几年时间精选出高品质原料。高质量食材伴随着高成本。即便面对着高成本的食材,乃是我们对食品的坚持及对客人的心意。

粽子的创新,大多都在用料上。创出新口黑松露粽香辣辣粽养生小米粽,都让你有新奇的感觉。

Each piece of zhang's leaves has to use the leaves of Huangshan Mountain, scrubbing, soaking and other complicated processes. Fold two pieces of zhang's leaves into a funnel shape, put in the fried rice, put in the stuffing and cover with a little rice, then start wrapping, use your left and right hands to make a triangle shape, and then wrap nine cotton threads to fix it.


We DON'T marinate fresh pork and mushrooms, we fry and stew them till 1 hour till delicious! From the selection of dumplings' leaves to the raw materials, cooking, and fire control, there are more than ten processes, and the actions of cooking, steaming, frying, and boiling time and time again perfectly present the best proportions and inherit the delicious skills.


In addition to delicious food, health is also what we have always insisted on. We have spent several years selecting high-quality ingredients. High-quality ingredients come with high costs. Even in the face of high-cost ingredients, it is our persistence in food and our care for our customers.

I believe that in every bite, apart from the traditional ancient taste, there is also our heart for rice dumplings!

Most of the innovations in bakzhang are in the materials used. Create new Black Truffle Rice Dumplings, Spicy Mala Rice Dumplings, and Healthy Millet Rice Dumplings, all of which will give you a novel feeling.
